Note

Unfortuantely Torren had a mispunch in M10 for not punching the last control. It is interesting that photographic evidence suggests otherwise. I suppose it proves nothing - his stick may still not have registered? He was a bit upset though.

My previous best was 3:02. I was trying to get under 3 minutes, but failed by 0.4s. I went out hard and tried to hang on. My legs were hurting in the last 150m. I didn't know my time until after I stopped, but I don't think I had any more in me this morning.
