Killer Loop - 7 laps.
The first 5 felt slow - all over 3 minutes. I started to feel stronger on laps 6 and 7 with a 2:53 and 2:42 to finish.

Mike's Meander
I was late for the start, so I ran on my own through the short side of Albert Park to pick up the group near the Junction Oval. I was looking ahead for the group, and BANG! I tripped over a cut off sign post sticking 5cm out of the ground and landed on my hands and knees on the concrete.

There was a bit of blood, but it looked worse than it actually was. I have a few cuts and abrasions, but luckily no major damage. I was able to run back to work without any trouble. I then raided the first aid kit at work for some antiseptic and bandages.

Unfortunately I couldn't get to the Yarra Bend Enduro in the morning due to goal umpiring duties (Fitzroy U9s d Macleod by 101 points).
Instead I had a spare 80 minutes in the afternoon before Mason's swimming, so I tried to do most of the course. I ended up doing 14.5kms, going clockwise and dropping 39, 47, 21 and leaving a loop out at the end including 22, 34, 49, 24 and 30. I think this would have added about 4.5kms and around 25 minutes.

It was great fun to add the 2hr score event challenge to an area that I usually just run around on the trails. It forced me to choose some routes and trails that I don't take very often.
