My knee felt great walking around this morning and on the ride to work, so I thought I would try a jog. My knee was sore again, so I cut it short.
It is getting better, but it seems that I need a bit more rest before running.

Back on the bike while until my knee settles down. Cycling felt good today, without any knee pain.
I can still feel soreness, especially after sleeping or sitting for a while. Hopefully a couple of days off running will help.

I had hoped that my knee would be ok for today's session. Unfortunately I could feel it on the warm up. I could certainly run through the pain, but it figured it would be better to give it a rest.

My knee was a little stiff getting started, but it felt good on the run and much better towards the end of the run. I'll see how it pulls up later in the day.

Job's Jog
Eaglemont to Westerfolds Park and return.
A long slow distance run at talking pace, although the pace did quicken on the return journey to about 4:30min/km

My right knee pulled up a little sore in the afternoon. I think this is because of the big load this week. I'll take it easy tomorrow.
