Note
(sick)

Still feeling very ordinary. I don't know if I will be any good tomorrow.

Running 30:00 [2]
(sick)

Back on the healthy list - well at least compared to the last few days.

Felt good enough to go out for a very light run. Nothing more than just turning the legs over to see how they went. Not bad, but my stomach is still recovering a little, so I didn't push it too far today.

Sick again by the evening, with another dozen trips to the bathroom.

Note
(sick) (rest day)

Feeling at least reasonable, so I went to work. I nearly fainted on the train, so I'm taking it very easy. I may go home after lunch and rest some more.

Note
(sick)

Alternated between bed and the bathroom.
Good for weight loss, but I feel shocking. No energy and no appetite, but I have to start eating.

Note
(sick)

Started the day ok, but then got hit by a bug and went progressively downhill. I spent a good deal of the afternoon on the can.

Running 25:00 [1]

Tried to go for a jog, but I felt like crap (and a crap), so I turned around inm Fitzroy Gardens and walked back to work.

3hr "Rogaine" in Adelaide.
Torrens River Ramble, organised by the College Park Scout Group.
I started a bit late, as I waited until Torren's 3rd birthday party was over, before heading out. The main reason I ran was because my uncle was organising it, and he said that it would not be possible to get all controls in 3hrs.
I treated this as a long run, starting in St Peters, and covering suburbs including Hackney, North Adelaide, Walkerville, Klemzig, Felixtow and Marden.
Quite a hot run, around 30 degrees at the hottest part of the day.
First place by a long way. I got all controls and 1750pts in 2hr41m. The next best was about 1200 points. Most competitors were scouts or families, with only a couple of rogainers.

Not a quick average pace due to the question and answer style controls. Sometimes it took a couple of minutes or more standing still to find the answer to some of the questions.
