Last night was the first I didn't wake up coughing! Also no green OR yellow snot, so I think I'm (finally!) getting better.
Reflecting on being sick/having low training volume for 3 weeks, I've realized that a) after 3 months of really solid training, this little blip isn't gonna ruin me for JWOC, b) I still have 6 months until JWOC, and c) taking a longer break was something my body really needed. I feel physically and mentally refreshed, so I'll be ready to take on another cycle of training with vigor and intensity. Here's to 2019!
