Run on the Valley Trail at Whistler, did 2x1km pickups at 4:08 and 4:02 respectively. Slow considering it was only 1km but fast considering I haven't done any real running training in 2 months.

Hike with T up Mount Brunswick on the southwestern coast of BC, just north of Vancouver. Was a grind and when we finally got to the top, all we could see was the cloud we were in.
