OB2 at Lake Boren. Stuck with fast ppl/alumni for most, then stomach said no and stopped 4 times for it. Screw stomachs. I'm gonna make myself a diet/sleep/training/mileage plan once school gets out. Might go for a week without milk products to see if that does anything

Drug park + 4 strides + 2 laps. Stomach felt bleh but body felt strong (in places...) I need to get back into the routine I had back when I felt really strong and really healthy (JWOC and summer/early fall)
