Headed out for some training with Tyra and it ran a bit late so we only got one course in. Overshot 1. 3, 4, and 10 were slow and hesitant. I could have made better route choices.

10x400 switching directions after the 300, then 200, then 100 and running the rest of the 400 the new direction. even though I was hitting 87s easily an could have gone faster last time I did this, I was struggling to do 88s this time. Maybe the wind was part of it or I didn't fully recover from my Wednesday workout.

long Lake Kathleen with Brigette. I told her I needed an easy run since my legs were sore from the workout yesterday. It's Brigette and Brigette is our fastest runner so it wasn't an easy run. But that's okay :)

Strength workout on Cougar. Warmed up running up the mountain, then did 4x 3 min, 2 min, 1 min. I thought it was 60s rest but apparently it was 90... oh well. My legs and body felt great but my stomach did not.

Probably the longest 7 miles I've ever done. A 2-minute nap turned into a 2-hour one so I had to run by myself from home. Ran to Hazen, then Drug Park, then back on the Pollo trails. Kinda late and kinda sketchy. But good to get out. Stomach was giving me some trouble
