Crappy run but fun nonetheless. Got a bloody nose 2 miles in (I've been sick, so It must've been from sniffling), tried to pinch it for a few minutes, then decided, screw it, I'd rather look gnarly and be able to breathe. 4 miles in I tripped on a root and faceplanted. Yay! Legs got sore towards the end too, so yeah, by body wasn't too happy, but oh well. :)

Pollo by myself. It was my first pretty fast, long run since coming back from being sick, so I was definitely getting tired and sore.

first run since last Tuesday! I still felt a little sick and my legs were sore from not running but its all good:)
