used a road bike for the first time. The saddle was apparently not tightened enough as it slid completely down after 2 miles and, lacking a tool, we had to go back to readjust it. Did an interval workout of 1 min hard, 1min, 2, 3, 2, 1 at the end.
My ankle really, really hurt to run on. Stopped once to massage my Achilles with a teammate who luckily decided to do a shorter run with me. I have to take a longer break from running which means lots of biking!
