Race #2 at Jericho Beach Park. It didn't feel great, some mistakes definitely made me lose time.

Race 3 at Totem Park, UBC, 1-person relay. Felt much better than race 2 at Jericho; I felt faster and more into the map.

Warmups, then intro to new lifts today. We did 3x10 benching and the bar was enough for today but made me feel super weak. Then we did 3x10 things with dumbells, I think they're called butterflies. +10 mins core and stretching at the end

I was so insanely, ridiculously tight from yesterday that I could only do a short run today! I had to stop and stretch 1/2way through cause my calves had horrible knots, and I went slow the rest of the way.
