I felt really out of shape after this. Went to the track for a quick workout before dinner and did 4x300s- 60, 60, 62, 59. Unbelievably slow and yet I was tired at the end, and my shin muscles were insanely sore. At least I know where I'm at for track season.

Really wet race. I won for girls, second to one guy. Great course!

I also fell three times: in the field just before 5, on the trail going up to 8, and I think on the trail between 11 and 12, which is what really got my map dirty. Oh, and at the finish I was majorly struggling with my epunch and I slowmo fell onto the ground trying to punch it. Looked stupid but I guess it worked

We played a team from Whidbey. I can't even remember the score, we won like 5 or 6 to 0. I'm starting to think we should be in the upper league.

Skied alone for an hour while my buddies were: teaching another friend, injured, or trying to get his snowboard boots on.

Instructing for 2 hours- 3 runs today! These kids are crazy.
