I hiked with dad&sis 4.3 miles on trail, then up 2 ish to a peak that was a little sketchy at the top. From there we went back down across the trail and hit 2 more peaks.

Tyra and I went out to run/climb a hill, and then ran around the town of Ketchum for a while, which was fun, but very long, considering how small the town is.

My dad, sister and I left in the morning planning to do 10 miles and climb two peaks. Later we found out that climbing up steep rock scree is very slow, and by the time we got to the ridge of the first peak, it had already been 3 hours. We got to a pretty sketchy spot following the ridge to the top and decided to turn around there. Luckily, it was only after glissading down the snow chutes and getting back to the flat trail that the sole of my boot fell apart.

with tyra and my dad. I think sometimes being in a group is distracting and makes people rely on others' navigation too much. especially since my dad was being excessively spazzy and not the most pleasant teammate. It was crazy hot and my legs got slaughtered, but super cool features to run by.

I've been trying to get all caught up for the semester before the year ends to maintain my grades, so once that is over, I'll be exercising more consistently. Until then... yay school.?.
