gorgeous run from Red Town to home. Took along one of Greg's map exercises but was too distracted by all the trees, after a mile I remembered something about having to put in the work to reach my goals (whaaat?) so started on the map. A couple seconds into looking at the map instead of the ground, I stepped weird and tweaked my L achilles, and felt pangs of pain the rest of the run...
