Today, my plan was to run in the morning (since I had work/family event for the rest of the day already planned). But, the headache/stomach ache hadn't gone away yet.
Didn’t train tonight since I was working on an assignment and then contracted a headache/woozy-feeling bug. Went to bed as soon as the assignment was done so to try and kick it.
Tonight's run was a little slower than usual, I feel that after Thursday's donation there will be a bit of an adjustment period until I regain my endurance.
