Walking a Line-O at Haute Province today. The focus was much less on the speed than the technical accuracy. Success!

Climb and distance are approx. We based out of Morin Heights Campground, orienteered 3/4 up the back of Morin Heights ski hill, and came back down. Again gave it a little bit of a run but mostly technical.

SPC icebreaker Score-O at Parc Basler. Parc Basler is a popular mountain biking venue with lots of climb and single track riding.

Orienteering race 24:37 [5] 2.6 km (9:28 / km)

ECOC Middle distance at Pierrefonds. This race serves as a warm up for the upcoming COCs in Perth-Westport.

For the beginning of the race, I ran with control and limited risk taking. I wanted to make sure I was on my game. I found that I was able to get into the race quickly and I was able to make fast decisions.

The only notable mistake on this course was over shooting the 7th control, taking the incorrect trail from the junction. Estimated time lost was ~1 minute.
