Oh dear, not the best. Was fairly up for this as missed quite a few sessions recently so was keen to get a good one in. Went with Max and George on the 6k, fairly tough pace but felt controlled. Did start to bite in the last km though. 3mins wasn’t really long enough to properly recover. Max shot off on the first 2k. I held onto George alright but on the second 2k the wheels completely fell off. Not a massive surprise with the short recoveries and the wind. Those boys are in shape and I’ve missed one too many sessions recently. Was meant to do 2x800 after the 2ks but didn’t see the point. Still a solid, albeit bonky chunk of work.

Also, pre-brekkie is not the one for this kind of session.
