Pre-gym big lap. Wearing Max’s old milage shoes which have a decent amount of room in the toe box as blood blister under toenail is still very uncomfortable.

Did some maximum testing. Otherwise pretty chill. Good numbers for the groin squeeze, happy days.

Post-gym seat lap. Bit of a grind as expected but not too bad. Good to get all of today’s milage done in the morning.
