Bit of a dilemma at the start as not sure what group to go in. Opted for the brave option of Max and Andy. Sat with them for the first 3 reps but then started to get distanced on the 4th. Decided not to fight it and just settle into my own rhythm for the rest of the session. Still ticking off some nice paces for the rest of the session. Felt comfortable. Max is starting to get in some horrid shape so keeping with him in these session in future is going to be a tall order. Strong session.
