Started with the 15:30 group. Moved away with Dougie and Ben Potrykus after the 1st rep. Felt good initially, but then my stomach started to go mid way through the second rep. Had already committed though so just had to suck it up and get on with it. Happy to grind it out but would have liked this to feel more comfortable. Still managed to progress nicely but flagging badly by the end. Legs felt fine though. Hopefully will feel better for xc TT on the weekend.
