I actually meant to run yesterday but i skipped a day in my mind i think. boiling hot. did have to walk up a little bit of hill but i caught my mum near the end of my run when id planned to just walk up the steps home but went round with her instead and manaaged to keep going.

i've noticed a general improvement in the past few days- im not breathing really heavily when im lying down or sat down and i dont get out of breath having conversations, which im feeling v optimistic about. could be back to it properly soon. I might've just had a chest infection and it just took so long to go away because i wasnt being treated for it.

ive only been logging stuff every couple weeks so ive forgotten when i did weights or other s&c but this period of my life is very irrelevant to training so doesnt really matter

round the woods. I decided to will my illness away cos im sick of it. this 20 mins was a struggle and had to stop a couple times at the top of hills but its a big achievement
