leading the warm up, bad sense of direction so had to cut back through terrain more than planned

Yorkshire squad weekend in lake district. managing with my breathing but in the 2nd exercise my vision went blurry and i couldnt see my map. felt too ill to carry on so came home, was no point trying to race the next day.
