Loch Vaa middle. still tired from inshriach. less physical and a v nice area and generated some learning. had to cut it a bit short because my knee got really sore

got too cold walking back to the minibus so had to jog, until the trail got bendy and my knee hurt too much to carry on

long at very snowy Inshriach. very pretty and saw some pretty huskies but very hard work in the deep snow. Some very dodgy route choice, which led to some 2 foot deep snow, so the slowness is mainly a reflection of that
