physio exercises w band + min of plank
been a weird week for me
pescatarianism + not sleeping well since before i went to spain 3 weeks ago made me ill, and then i was also a bit sad and then got into a really weird mood and basically havent left my house in 2 days, other than to get bread out the garage freezer :)
hopefully college tomorrow will help me remember how to function like a normal person, although english exam wont help with that, so draining

womens trophy (with my mum in the team)
was too tired for a relay today and especially not pleased to find out i was running 1st leg not 3rd half an hour before call up, but kept it at a comfortable pace and clean(ish) so was only 5 mins down on tessa strain
