wu + york uni course B. not a sprint as i realised at 7k. was very tired from the 3rd terrible nights sleep in a row and the map was wrong in quite a few places in the first half, so lost time from having to go back round or just being confused which was frustrating, probs helped my lack of concentration in the second half where my routes were bad
