haverthwaite, attackpoints and picture- spent a stupid long time just confused as i couldnt see the kite but was in the right place which was annoying

holme fell , no compass but twisted my ankle while also landing on a rock from quite high which was v painful so took it really slow after this, then a v slow half of the control pick

night relay- sadly i set off 3rd last on last leg so not really anyone around doing the same thing at all. spent almost 2 mins walking round a tree bc i couldnt see the tree next to it n was pure baffled

felt suuuper sick so went for a jog instead of doing s&c and it just got worse. basically slept in half an hour this morning so left super late, not enough time to make lunch and forgot to take a bar for breakfast, and didnt get water so eating times been really off today and not enough to drink. ah well got my morning off tomorrow so can start to set it right

backwards round park slow with dad cos he's still suffering from southern champs. Felt better even tho the weather was nicht gut the rain wasn't too bad it was almost refreshing
