felt suuuper sick so went for a jog instead of doing s&c and it just got worse. basically slept in half an hour this morning so left super late, not enough time to make lunch and forgot to take a bar for breakfast, and didnt get water so eating times been really off today and not enough to drink. ah well got my morning off tomorrow so can start to set it right
