Possibly a bit too long and hilly to jog all the way as a warm up.

Bleathwaite- Really, really windy. My map blew away about 30m on the way to #1 and my hands were also freezing most of the way. Again it was a bit disappointingly easy navigation- especially in the woods at the bottom where it could've been hard but it was all just along the slope at the same height. I just kind of struggled to get along it especially with the rocks and almost walked one short leg. Somehow won w16 overall though so it was alright.

Bit of a mare- forgot my compass, dibber and description holder at the start. Realised with 4 mins to go. Good thing the start was so close.

Orienteering race 32:10 [3] 3.15 km (10:13 / km) +85m 9:00 / km

Torver Low/Back Common- Kind of easy. One leg just followed a stream all the way and another was just along a ridge. A bit more up and down the slope/change of direction would've made it more interesting. Had a lot of energy in my legs but couldn't breathe very well because I was sniffling the whole time. Nice forest though.

Had rowing machines in for some reason and miss Guy asked if anyone wanted to use them. Only a few did but it was really fun. We had a bit of a practice then a 5 minute race where I think I got around 950m. Could really feel it in my arms. I did slip off the seat at one point though.
