New PB! My most recent time which was in March was 25:18, so it's a decent improvement, although I was more tired by the end of this one.
I didn't wake up until 8:27 to leave at 8.45, so I had to skip breakfast and have a small drink. I don't think not eating made a difference but a bigger drink longer before I ran would've helped.
