don't usually run on mondays but nothing to recover from apart from this weird thing in my right leg. taken me days to work out where the pain even is, but i think its my right quad. i just cant put my weight down on my right leg without it being really painful and sort of very slgihtly collapsing, now have developed some soreness in that glute, maybe because pushing off from a slightly collapsed leg is harder.
