Lakes 5 day 2- Angle tarn pikes
SImilar to day before but no fog so everything was so visible, but that distracted me a bit as you could see about 5 controls at all times. 3 controls on almost my line made me drift on my way to #4- knew what I'd done straight away but lost some time. Same to #10 but was distracted by the feature not the control. Hadn't paid attention to the marsh beforehand. Other than that just running too slow as there were massive sections to just leg it as you could see where you wanted from miles off.

Day 1 of lakes. Focused on planning although #6 was a bit weak and i had to just stay in my bearing until i knew exactly where i was again. Incredibly slow as my legs were just knackered after last week but faster as it went as they got a bit less stiff. Hideous weather. Lovely area.
