took a long time for my legs to loosen off, overall not feeling fab this morning but the sun kept me moving alright. legs were a bit tired going up the seat after the crags, walking more than usual. went up faster than i came down lol.

a little tour of Edinburgh with alice. felt like we went to so many different places in such a small distance, such a lovely day for it. missed a lil bit out on my watch so estimated. calves seized up really painfully in the night and felt horrendous this morning but were fine after a couple mins running.

Had to stop for a mini breather and give up from the end of the first little section but actually still had a decent time by the top which is pretty groovy all things considered

just went for the pyramid session as it was a hectic morning. kind of defeated the whole pyramid thing by missing out the 2 mins but still a good session, beats dodging cars on a road in the dark on my own at home for sure.
