Doing good til everyone messed up #3 and I had wandered uphill (further away) and just couldn't quite get myself back to the front. Slowly made time on a lot of people though so didn't finish too far down. Imogen and Tara did mucho better tho so a podium. good stuff

jircs individual, chatsworth. bit of a nightmare tbh

Picked up the wrong map (but realised and went back), forgot about my 2nd control as it was on a gate just on the way to the one after and lost about a minute running past and having to go all the way back. After this lost my head. stood one path bend below #4 extremely confused as to why I couldn't see my PATH control since I was sure when I checked the one above it was the top of the paths ie not the right place. #6 was a huge shambles and I could not see the control for the life of me. Watched someone go into it like 25m away as I was wandering round it in brambles and STILL couldn't find it. Slammed my leg into a tree stump on the way to #7 cos i was mad. hurt a lot but afterwards mostly kept my head just still kind of annoyed and given up.
bottled jumping the fence on the run in and climbed it nearly fell backwards as well

Parkrun, again much more leg effort needed at the moment as its so slippy.
kinda late, just ate and bumped into a friend so the first k was my warm up really and wasnt going that hard so actually got a good time considering. Should be easy to get a pb when im feeling decent at this rate
