WCOC Orienteering - Bridekirk

Just nice and steady again, nav pretty good, slight bananas on a couple but no big mistakes. Enjoyed it even though it was in the rain :)

Hip not feeling too bad today just slightly achy, think it was maybe the hard running on armac which set it off so having yesterday off running and icing and stretching has definetly helped. Will just see how it feels and keep stretching it/doing the exercises hopefully be all good
