Intervals with Mark, Trevor and Anna. Warmup down to Flamboyant Road. From the bottom of the hill, 300m hard, 100m easy, 300m hard, 30s rest at the top. Same thing to the bottom. Leaving on 8:00, which gave about 1:45 rest at the bottom. 5 sets.
