La Vaux cycle. Slower this time, with Agathe, Kevin and Steph. We saw our first open wine cellar/seller, so we stopped for a taste. Perhaps this was actually negative training?

Easy run out and back with Steph. Good alpine views.

We're in Beatenberg for the weekend. We're not in lock down here, but travelling is discouraged, so we're in a bit of gray area. We hired a car and have yet to interact with anyone since the car pick up. Still, if everyone did this, it wouldn't work, so we're not really doing our bit.
Anyway, the upside is hikes like this. Up to the Niederhorn ridge. Amazing views of the Bernese Alps, including the Eiger and Jungfrau. There are some fixed orienteering courses at the top, but there were no maps left :(

Hike from Montreux (400m) up to Le Molard (1751m). With Steph, Aurore and Antoine, and our dogs + Aurore's husky. There was some snow from about 1600m, and there was a good covering near the top - really nice to walk through it. The weather was fantastic. Great to get up above Montreux finally :) I still get sun burnt in this hemisphere unfortunately.

Since my marathon in May is officially cancelled, I wanted to put my training to good use and have a crack at some PBs. GPS measured, so route accuracy is questionable. The splits are also weird as my 2nd and 3rd kays were more consistent than that. Vdot for suggested 18.45, so I'm pretty happy with 18.20. The last km was suitably hard.
