yep, like it says, yard work, resodding some grass . . . it actually feels like a strength workout, shoveling, raking, wheel barrow moving sod.

SMTC, even pushed the 230 lb big tractor tire. tried jogging on the treadmill, at the 1:38 mark, the calves complained so hopped off. good to be injury free.
