Orienteering race (BKO Sandhurst Park) 29:20 [5] ** 5.59 km (5:15 / km) +5m 5:13 / km

Nominal 4.0km. Club event
Some slightly unusual map markings - green hashing was used to indicate unrunnable forest I think, rather than dark green? (This hashing wasn't shown on the map key, but fairly obvious what it meant on the ground. Decided to avoid most of it anyway, there seemed to be quite a few hidden streams and ditches inamongst) Some bridges across streams were marked, some weren't, confusingly, so had to have a double-check every time I came to one. Stream perhaps incorrectly marked between #17 and the finish (although obviously bridged on the ground).
A bit of a dither to #1 (+10s). Went the long way round for #11 (+10s) and #14 (+20s), and perhaps #15 (+10s) and the finish (+5s). Dither close to the circle for #12 - the whole area was underwater (not marked), after last week's rain!
1st of 12 at download, wonder how long that'll last?
