I think a monkey would have set a better course. And I felt like I was running on someone else's legs, someone that has done very little running training . Oh no wait, that's me :-(

Would have preferred a rest today as quads are a bit tired, but forecast said today is the only dry day, so we rode to Chiddingstone for cake & hot choc. Stunning day. Took it very easy on the climbs (Knockholt, Toys Nth, Ide Sth, Star), so a bit slower than last time.
