Back from the Brecons - knee was fine.
Easy jog (inc WU & WD - but no watch), first time off a machine hoping to test how my knee is... However, my right calf and achilles were horribly tight and pulled a lot so wasn't able to push the knee.
Need to stretch and strengthen the achilles before next week
