Not what I had planned really but still a good day...

Pulled up at Tryfan and realised that I had left my food/gels on the kitchen counter but I did have my water sorted.

Half way up Tryfan I had to take a phonecall so I had to sit on a ledge talking too a fucking fence builder for the new place.

I had to make up a new route to make sure I took in a shop stop and the easiest was Pen Y Pass....only problem with that was it was Easter fucking Sunday so you can imagine the amount of twats slithering about.

Had a cheese and pickle sandwich for £4 and two bottles of water for the same amount and grabbed some sweets and passed them my sweaty £10 note from my arse pocket.

I have no problem with everyone hitting Snowdon....I just hated myself for having to do the same.

Wanted to do Crib Goch but seeing who was ahead of me I decided against it or might still be there now.

Up the PYG....down Llanberis Path then up Y Garn in some pretty hot conditions and pretty spent on energy then back to Ogwen.

Could have squeezed more out the day with better planning but still a good one.

Had to stay local really due to the house move but managed a good day on a real mix of trail straight from the front door.

No mountains but some good steep bits and sunshine.

I felt some discomfort in my heel for about an hour....same one as I have had injured the fat pad in the past so hard to tell if it was that on the rocky ground or a bit of PF.

I did stop and stretch the calf a bit and it just seemed to dissipate in the second half of the run thankfully.

Apart from that no issues and the last few KM on road felt easy.
