Orienteering race 1:44:15 [3] 9.38 km (11:07 / km)

Oringen stage 5 - another long. Was ready to smash this one out as the last hard orienteering for a while...but then I took 20mins to the first control and after that I was done. Just an absolute slog to the finish which felt like it would never come. Very very tired so was out of energy and motivation to push. Finished though, and definitely got my moneys worth, and got an overall result so that's good.

Oringen stage 4 - another long. Some more really beautiful terrain...and more average running on my part. Some mistakes in the beginning but got into it a bit more later, was just lacking the motivation to push through a long. At the drinks control on the way to 7 properly stopped and wasn't sure whether I wanted to finish, but had some water and a gel a walked muh of the hill up to that control then kept going and finished alright after that!

Oringen stage 3 - sprint. Lost time in the beginning but finished well. Good fun and so cool to have lots of spectators!

Oringen stage 2 middle. Many many many mistakes and just slowed down and down and down as the course went on.

Had to really push it at the end up the hill just to make my start with 1min to spare...so had about 50sec to breath before heading off up the hill again...

Orienteering race 1:34:00 [4] 8.62 km (10:54 / km)

Oringen stage 1. Was super dead after the run to the start so was very slow and didn't have any gels. Beautiful area though and awesome views, really nice orienteering but struggled with the hills/ getting through the terrain. A few little slip ups bbut nothing majorly wrong with the nav. Cooked by the end.
