Run warm up/down 15:00 [1] 2.14 km (7:01 / km)

Orienteering 51:00 [2] 6.53 km (7:49 / km)

O at black mountain. Quite an okay course for that part of the map but I was soooo stressed out about school with exams starting Monday that one tiny mistake got me so upset ad just didn't run the rest of the course properly at all and made even more stupid mistakes - will probs go back another time and do it properly. Also the lower inner side of my calf pulled up super sore after Thursday's intervals so that didn't help either, was still sore running which probably made it worse.

Run 1:11:11 [3] 12.1 km (5:53 / km)

Dad really didn't want to take me out to a map to train so just went for a longer easy run at home with a couple of finnish maps in hand. Felt pretty good!

Run warm up/down 26:44 [1] 4.0 km (6:41 / km)

Run tempo 21:27 [4] 5.0 km (4:17 / km)

New theory about the "hamstring" problem: might actually be the nerve not the muscle, in which case mum thought it was fine to run...so went to Des' training!
4km threshold (meant to be around 4:10s - but he told us we went slightly fast for the first 2.5km si then we accidentally dropped off a little too much for the last bit). Then finished with 5x 100m stride, 100 jog.

Run warm up/down 22:07 [2] 4.1 km (5:24 / km)

Run warm up/down 15:00 [1] 1.6 km (9:22 / km)

trek up the hill to the start. started raining basically as soon as I left so it was FREEZING

Orienteering race 1:19:36 [4] 9.12 km (8:44 / km)

Red 1 at castle hill (7.9km)
I really liked the course and didn't get lost so I had a great time. A couple of bad route choices and heaps of climb slowed me down a bit but other than that it was all good! Leg wasn't very sore at all, hardly noticed it
