Long warmup

Stretching

2x3miles with 2 minute rest in between. Speed ranging from 6:30 to 6:50. Hamstring was not happy during last half mile.

Running (Pavement) 15:00 [2]

I honestly did not feel like running today. Even I do not plan to run marathon any time soon but todays events affected me since so many I know were running today. After I was able to validate that everyone I knew was ok i felt drained.

I tried to run barefeet but pavement is too rough or my feet are too soft. Ether way managed only about mile and half.

Overall I guess this was better than nothing.

I could not get run in and weather was not pleasant anyway... So opted for another high intensity stationary bike session

One of these days I will crush athlete otherwise known as chess figure with my efforts on stationary bike...
