Note
Weight before and after workout. Consumed about 46oz of water during workout. Seems like a lot of liquid I lost during workout (no bathroom breaks before second weigh-in). I knew I sweat a lot but I had no idea that I do that much. I would not be surprised it is little bit higher now because of almost month of inactivity
