Trying to cure the hellish hangover with a dip which turned into quite a nice swimming session

Jog up to The Green Lochan then back along hillside path. Thighs were burning after the downhill yesterday and anjas shins were playing up so walked some of the downhill

Really good ride with Anja. Bashed out an absolutely outrageous pace between kinguissie and Aviemore along the A95. However, payed for it greatly on the hills back to Glenmore
