Ran at Van Gaalens. Along river trail, then new Greek Church path over the weir. Lost the track just after this but crossed back over the correct fence. Then up the Greek Church pass to the trig beacon on top. Back down, via the Baboon Trial loop, then past the church itself, and down the new middle return route next to the dams.

Very hot day again. Took it a bit easy on the way up the climb.

Kings Kloof Trails. Followed the red route almost the whole way, cutting short through the farm just before the last loop around the dam.

Quite a few long distance trail runners out this morning.
