We had to self deliver our bikes to T3 before the race. Easy cycle out on the main road in a race peloton.

Easy run with Nathan from our hotel in As Pontes to the east of town. Found a nice dam in the foothills and followed a few hiking trails back to town.

Day 4 of O-ringen, the Sprint series final at Ngodwana. Steph planned some nice courses and I controlled.
