interval session: 5x 3min with 1min recovery. felt a bit sore in my right hip during the warmup but did some stretching and it felt better. first rep was really good (4'12'' pace) the others weren't so fast but all under 5'. towards the end of the session my calves were very tight and sore and I had some shin pain. thinking the easter activities may finally be catching up to me.
