Orienteering race (JK Day 3) 1:14:01 [3] 13.66 km (5:25 / km)

Started bit too quick I think, small scraps until an annoying big one at 16 and slowly tiring. Up the hill to spectator my hamstrings went, any raise of the leg caused them to lock up mad pain. Weird new running technique to stop it meant I was much slower round the last few controls.

Fun weekend looking forward to racing again.

Running- Offroad 5:32 [3] 0.89 km (6:13 / km)

Orienteering race (JK Day 2) 26:06 [3] 4.68 km (5:35 / km)

Off to a decent start again, then scrapped around 11, v pissed and increased pace leading to another big scrap round 14 and a smaller round 15, tired legs for the rest.

Running- Offroad 6:10 [3] 0.93 km (6:38 / km)

Orienteering race (JK Day 1) 15:05 [3] 4.15 km (3:38 / km)

Started decent, nice amount of planning ahead, after 11 was starting to tire and lost the planning leading to some really dodge route-choices and scrappy nav.

Running- Road 6:49 [3] 1.03 km (6:37 / km)
