Got ill Wednesday and still feeling rough. Swimming probably gonna be 90% of training next week.

Running- Road tempo 10:00 [3] 2.68 km (3:44 / km)

Wanted to test the chest a bit,Tight..

10 minute tempo.

Running- Road 5:26 [3] 1.32 km (4:07 / km)

Still quite ill but is a nice day. Invo, bleeding nose halfway round tho was annoying.

Outlined a grass track in a field using sheep buckets, one of the sides had a slight slope.

3 (4x300 35s) 2x3min rest.

Just WD after the final set instead of a 3rd rest.

Dodge stomach.
